We are sorry, if you are unhappy with your purchase! Freeepiker is committed to make users satisfied with the content quality, file organization & usability.
We offer a full refund within 15 days from the purchase time of the subscription. When you request a refund your subscription we will have the right to ask you the reason for refund.
Some reason that have merit to provide a refund
- - Your downloaded contents are "not as described".
- - Your downloaded contents doesn't work the way it should.
- - You purchased a subscription but have not been downloaded any premium content.
We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in following situations:
- - You simply changed your mind.
- - You purchased a subscription plan by mistake.
- - The subscription plan was bought by your employee.
- - You request for refund issue later than 15 days from start your subscription time.
- - You refuse to provide the reason of refund request.
Please also note that:
- - You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- - You are not eligible to use a premium content that you already downloaded if you get a refund.
- If you belive that you have a reason to request a refund then follow the instruction here.
- - Just cancel your subscription.
- - Contact us for request a refund after cancel your plan within 15 days from start your subscription.
- - Please allow us to provide your refund in 10 business days.
